By car

From the Ljubljana Ring Road (H3), take the BTC Šmartinska exit and follow the BTC City signposts.

e-vehicle users

Visitors and business partners who reach us with electric vehicles can make use of more than 50 charging spots.

By city bus

Easy access to BTC City Ljubljana by LPP city buses No. 2, 7, 12, 24 and 27.

• Bus lines No. 2, 7 and 12 bring visitors to the two entrances to BTC City Ljubljana alongside the Šmartinska cesta road, whereas the bus line No. 7 also stops on the Bratislavska cesta road and the Letališka cesta road.

• Bus line No. 24 brings visitors to Atlantis Water Park (Vodno mesto Atlantis) passing the entrance at the Emporium (via the Letališka cesta road).

• Bus line No. 27 passes through BTC City and stops at the following bus stops: BTC Crystal Palace (BTC Kristalna palača), BTC Market (BTC tržnica) and BTC Emporium.

Users of (e-)bicycles and (e-)scooters

You can store your (e-)bicycle or (e-)scooter at one of the bicycle stations offering stands as well as lockers:

Crystal Palace (on the southern part, by the iSTYLE store):

• 16 City boxes for storing (e-)bicycles

• 9 Scooter boxes (lockers) for storing (e-)scooters

Atlantis Water Park (behind the LPP bus stop):

• Open bicycle station with 18 racks

• 5 City boxes for storing (e-)bicycles

• 9 Scooter boxes (lockers) for storing (e-)scooters

All locking boxes enable also free charging of e-bicycles and e-scooters.

The use is free of charge and is done via the Kaluu mobile app, which provides an overview of the locations for secure parking of (e-)bicycles or (e-)scooters, easy locking and unlocking and control of active rentals.

You will be asked to enter your payment card details when you register in the app, but your card will not be charged – using Kaluu is free!

BicikeLJ

As part of the BicikeLJ rent-a-bicycle system, there are 60 rent-a-bicycle spots across Ljubljana, each located 300 to 500 metres apart. They are easily accessible and ideal to tackle shorter distances. You can ride the BicikeLJ bicycle also to BTC City Ljubljana, which has three BicikeLJ spots:

• Atlantis Water Park

• Shopping Arena A – south (in the parking lot opposite to the Mr. Pet store)

• Citypark – east (entrance by Telekom Slovenije)

Each BicikeLJ spot in BTC City Ljubljana provides 20 floor locks.

Nomago Bikes

An e-bicycle rental system that allows for fast and simple travel around the city. The electric motor helps you ride more easily. There are five Nomago bicycle rental spots across BTC City Ljubljana:

• Shopping Arena A

• Youth Square

• Crystal Palace

• Shopping Arena 5 (Big Bang)

• Atlantis Water Park – Shopping Arena 18 (Arena)

The Avant2Go e-vehicle co-sharing system represents a new trend in sustainable mobility. There are seven Avant2Go pick-up locations in BTC City Ljubljana:

• Crystal Palace

• Youth Square

• Open Air Food Court BTC City

• Decathlon

• Odiseja

• Citypark

• Opposite to the BTC City Parking Garage (electric delivery vehicle rental service)

• IKEA (electric delivery vehicle rental service)
